Return Policy
Return, exchange, or refund? No worries. We offer refunds (excluding any shipping costs) and exchanges on most items. Here are the guidelines for this process:
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of the shipping date from our warehouse. Once you submit your return online, please ensure you post your parcel within 14 days or your return request will expire.
- We offer FREE returns for Exchange or Store Credit on most items. For larger and bulky items, return shipping charges may apply. Customers wanting to return these items should email us at info@homelyau.com.au for a return shipping quote.
-For Refunds, the cost of Return Shipping for small items is $12 and $18-$21 for each quilt. This charge will be deducted from the Refund amount. For larger items additional return shipping charges may apply. Please contact us at info@homelyau.com.au for a return shipping quote.
-Items must be unwashed, unused, and in original packaging with tags intact for Change of Mind returns.
-Please allow 3-5 business days for your return to be processed once it arrives back at our warehouse.
- Refunds will be processed within 3-5 days back to the original method of purchase (credit card, PayPal, etc.) but may take a few extra days to be received into your account.
Note that your refund will be less $12 or $15 to cover the cost of Return Shipping.
Final Sale Items
Please select carefully when shopping during a promotion or from our Sale page, as items that have been reduced more than 10% of the original price are considered Final Sale and will not be eligible for return. This includes items reduced by way of a sale, use of a discount code, or as part of a promotion (such as “buy 2 get 1 free”, Mystery Boxes, etc.). The fact that a particular item has not been specifically marked as “Final Sale” on the product page does not necessarily mean that it is eligible for return, if nonetheless, it has been reduced in value more than 10%. If you receive a faulty or incorrect Sale item, please contact our team directly so we can arrange for a replacement.
- If your return arrives in a condition that does not meet our Returns Policy, we will be required to reject your return. Our Customer Care Team will be in touch if this is the case.
