If you purchase “Free Exchanges + Delivery Protection” at checkout, you are covered for free exchanges, change of mind returns, and if your parcel is lost in transit.
If you do not purchase “Free Exchanges + Delivery Protection” at checkout, a $21.50 fee will apply for a prepaid return label. Our team will send you an invoice, and once the payment is completed, we will provide the return label for your exchange.
Returns must be requested within 30 days of the shipping date.
Once your return is approved online, you must send your parcel within 14 days, or the request will expire.
For any return, exchange, or change of mind request, the product must be unused, unwashed, and returned in its original condition. Unfortunately, products cannot be used, kept in a spare bedroom, or washed before being returned, even in cases related to fabric concerns or factory faults.
Please note: due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on used bedding, pillowcases, blankets, or accessories.
Homely reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet these requirements. If returned items are found to be ineligible, they may be sent back to you and any applicable return shipping fees may apply.
If any items are missing from your return, Homely AU reserves the right to recover the outstanding balance for the missing products.

If you receive a defective item, please place it back in the same bag it was delivered in and follow the return steps provided by our team.
For refunds, please email us at info@homelyau.com.au. Our team will provide you with a return label, and the return shipping fee will be deducted from the total amount of your refund.
For larger or bulky items, additional return shipping charges may apply. Customers must contact us at info@homelyau.com.au to obtain a return shipping quote prior to sending the item back.
Return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount or invoiced separately where applicable.

Please allow 3–5 business days for your return to be processed once it arrives at our warehouse.
Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days back to your original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.).
It may take a few additional days for the funds to appear in your account.
Please choose carefully when shopping during promotions.
Items discounted by 10% or more are considered Final Sale and are not eligible for return. This includes:
Sale items
Discount code purchases
Promotional offers (e.g., Buy 2 Get 1 Free)
Mystery Boxes
Even if an item is not marked as “Final Sale,” it will not be eligible for return if it has been reduced by more than 20%.
