About Homely 
    We´re a Chilean couple who have worked in the fabric business for more than 10 years. Arriving in Brisbane, we focus on our clients, trying to find out their preferences, designs, qualities and sizes that they are looking for to have the room of their dreams.
We decided to start offering our products in retailers and markets working in more than 20 different shopping centres as pop ups throughout Brisbane and the Gold Coast. Thanks to this, as small businesses we appreciate the trust, love and loyalty of our customers during these 2 years working to reach all their expectations and deliver the best possible quality.

We chose HomeLy, with a capital L, because in addition to providing a cozy sense of home, for us it means Home-Family.
The home has become a workplace and also what brings the family together, for us the most important thing is to provide well-being and the opportunity to transform your home in a better place.
  • INTERNATIONAL:

    Returns are accepted within 30 days of the shipping date from our warehouse. Once you submit your return online, please ensure you post your parcel within 14 days or your return request will expire.
    Please choose carefully as you will need to cover the cost of Return Shipping regardless of whether you are seeking a Refund or Store Credit. All Returns should be addressed at

Please allow 3-5 business days for your Return to be processed once it arrives back to our warehouse.
Refunds will be processed within 3-5 days back to the original method of purchase (credit card, Paypal, etc) but may take a few extra days to be received into your account.
Please note, if your Return arrives in a condition that does not meet our Returns Policy, we will be required to reject your Return. Our Customer Care Team will be in touch if this is the case.
The below items are NOT eligible for a return, exchange or refunds:

Gift cards
Any marked down item purchased from the Sale page or as part of any other sale event including flash sales like Black Friday or Boxing Day and warehouse sales
Any item purchased from a Sage and Clare independent stockist, please contact the store directly if you wish to return.
Any item that has been used, slept in, worn or not in original condition with tags intact
Any items damaged due to unreasonable wear and tear
